1. Hume U3A - the City of Hume covers a large area in the north of Melbourne, Australia

2. Approximately 250 and growing

3. We have around 30 courses - Exercise groups, Computers, Wood Turning, Art, Games (Scrabble, Mah Jong, Bridge) Craft, Languages etc.

4. Hume U3A members are a very friendly lot and the Committee are forward thinking - looking to the future of U3A, accepting members a little younger than 55 to attract baby boomers etc.

5. U3A is a wonderful concept which gives people a great way to spend their time, making lots of friends and occupying their time. This leads to improved health and wellbeing.
