My name is Alla Khalimova, and I am member of Board of University of Third Age in the city of Lviv, Ukraine, which was once named Lvov. We are about 300 miles (470 Kms) west of our capital city Kiev.

Activities: Our classes are held from September to May. The program we have: history of Ukraine, the city's history: English, Polish, German, walking in the Carpathian Mountains, Psychology, Health, Ancient man, Herbal medicine, Computer science, Tourism, Swedish walking, Crafts, talks from interesting people, Theater, Music. Lviv is a great cultural centre with a famous Theatre of Opera and Ballet.
