New Zealand U3A: There is no overall body which officially represents all U3A's in New Zealand. The https://www.u3a.nz site serves as an easy find directory for every U3A in New Zealand with nationwide features and support material. The website is device friendly from PC to mobile phone. U3A Regional Networks: There are two large Network groups representing many U3A. Each organise yearly functions to show off what U3A represents in members research/presentations . There is usually a Guest Speaker of note. The Auckland U3A Network and the Canterbury U3A Network websites are listed below. Local U3A: On the https://www.u3a.nz site, each U3A is directly responsible for their Home U3A page by logging in and updating contact details, website link (if they have one), upload newsletters as well as listing Interest Groups and days and times they function. Once logged in there is a simple menu for changing items. This means that anyone with the minimum of computer skills can update their Local U3A Home page. The site is especially embraced by U3A without websites. Some U3A have their own additional websites and links are provided. Many U3A find the directory page very useful to compare and to obtain ideas. Starting a U3A: Another role of this website, is to assist in establishing new U3A. There are pdf downloads to guide in the formation of new U3A. Anyone can use this material as a starter to adapt to local conditions. The U3A Regional Network Groups provide extra assistance.
