U3A Zimbabwe - Committee

 

Beatrice Sithole - thepresident of U3A Zimbabwe, is a retired civil servant. The founder of Power of Touch (PoT), which is accredited to the UN open-ended working group. She is also the founder of the Association of Senior Citizens Organisations in Zimbabwe (ASCO). She is a representative of Pass It On Network(PION) in Southern Africa. A published author, motivational speaker, and life skills coach. Beatrice sits on various boards.

Nesta Hatendi - has worked in humanitarian and development programmes in fragile and post-conflict states, mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Her interests include Rotary, education and continual learning, animal welfare, writing, ageing and the rights of older persons. She is a published author.

Arthi Kumari -Born in Bihar and currently residing in Hyderabad, India, Bachelor of computer Applications(BCA) student. Currently, I am honing my skills as a Web Designer at U3A of worldwide.

I am eagerly seeking new opportunities to further develop and expand my skills.

F. Dembetembe -member of U3A in Zimbabwe. I chair the Association of Senior Citizens Organizations (ASCO) an apex organisation uniting senior citizens organisation groups. I also chair Cranborne Residents Development Association (CRDA) a community group uplifting residents development. Additionally I am also a member of Power of Touch (Pot) an organisation uplifting the standard of living of senior citizens.I have worked extensively on disability issues emphasising on awareness and education.
